Influencer Outreach Intern (Fall 2025)
Location : Remote (Hybrid optional if local to Ventura County)
Time Commitment: 8-week program | ~4 to 10 hours/week

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Outreach Intern to join us for an 8-week hands-on experience this fall. You’ll be at the forefront of building our influencer network — researching aligned creators, initiating authentic engagement, and helping bring REDTHRED’s mission to life through meaningful collaborations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in fashion, digital marketing, media, or nonprofit work who wants to gain real-world experience in a creative, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, You Will:
Research and identify 30–50 aligned influencers in fashion, sustainability, culture, and social impact
Help craft personalized engagement strategies for outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Use the REDTHRED account to authentically engage with influencer content (commenting, reposting, and building rapport)
Maintain a database to track outreach, responses, and next steps
Collaborate with the REDTHRED team on partnership proposals and campaign storytelling
Support special projects that activate influencer engagement
Who You Are:
A self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
Passionate about fashion, social impact, and digital media
In tune with pop culture, social media trends, and influencer culture
Excited about building relationships and telling stories that matter
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a remote team
Open to feedback, growth, and thinking creatively or differently
You’ll Love This Role If You:
Have a natural curiosity and love deep-diving on Instagram or TikTok to discover rising creators
Are interested in how brands and nonprofits use storytelling and partnerships to drive change
